Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle office tasks including filing, reports, presentations, and supply ordering.
- Provide real-time scheduling support and manage appointments.
- Use computers for reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and research.
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Communicate politely via phone, email, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others for a seamless experience.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications: College graduate preferred, sales experience a plus, but no experience required.
