Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) at Flash Express Philippines Co Ltd will support and address customer issues related to Flash Pay’s payment services. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing solutions, and coordinating with the Operations Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome with strong coordination skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City
- Available to start ASAP is a plus
