Job Description
Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a dedicated Order Desk professional. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide excellent customer support through emails and phone calls.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Check inventory quantities and lead times
- Input orders accurately
- Locate inventory from other sources as requested
- Provide pictures of current lots
- Print shipping labels for customer pickup orders
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills
- Data-oriented mindset
- BPO or customer service experience is a plus
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
