Job Description
Bukas Finance Inc is seeking a proactive Customer Success Associate to enhance our customer experience. You will communicate with customers daily to address their concerns, collaborate with various teams to refine our product, and develop programs aimed at optimizing the customer journey.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and communication skills in Bisaya/Cebuano are advantageous. We’re looking for communicators, problem solvers, team players, and fast learners.
This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, health insurance, and a 13th month salary. Expected start date: 12/01/2024.
