As an Online Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive user experience by working alongside customer service and technical support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify content that violates guidelines.
- Communicate moderation decisions to users constructively.
- Document incidents for continuous improvement.
- Review content moderation processes regularly.
