Job Description
St. Joseph Group, Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant – Intern to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting processes and develop practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Prepare and organize financial documents such as invoices and expense reports.
- Support account reconciliation by comparing financial records.
- Maintain and organize financial records to ensure easy access.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Job Type: OJT (On the Job Training)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
