Job Description
Smartmist Fire is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant based in Manila to manage our daily emails and job schedule. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work independently to support our UK-based operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to daily emails
- Organize and maintain job schedules
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in email management
- Previously worked in the UK, familiar with UK tax/VAT regulations is a plus
