Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Clerk to join RMA Properties and Prime Holdings Inc. In this role, you will conduct market research, manage employee benefits programs, analyze compensation trends, ensure compliance with labor laws, and lead key HR projects.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field (Fresh Graduates welcomed)
– Strong knowledge of compensation principles
– Familiarity with HRIS systems
– Confidentiality is a must
– Open to work Monday to Saturday.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract Length: 3 months
Pay: Php12,506.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
