Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business course, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Preferably candidates with 1-3 years of experience.
- Full-time position available.
Job Descriptions:
Supervise recruitment activities, implement strategies across social media, conduct competency-based interviews, prepare employment documents, and maintain candidate pools.
Coordinate with department heads and assist in HR compliance while supporting customer service when needed.
