Job Description
Hilmarc’s Construction Corporation is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to manage internal documents and maintain a comprehensive filing system. The ideal candidate will ensure all records are controlled in accordance with the Document and Record Control Procedures, disseminate internal correspondence, and assist in processing Purchase Orders.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate filing of documents, ensuring timely distribution and approval of P.O’s, and performing additional support duties as required. Compliance with ISO 9001 standards is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
