Caldwell Communications is seeking dedicated candidates to join our team in North.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without call transfers.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize settlement and influencing abilities to secure customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
