Job Type: 6 months extendable & renewable contract
Work Mode: Onsite (Monday – Friday)
Job Description:
- Engage with lessors and secure property documentation.
- Negotiate leases and ensure contract completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for contract renewals.
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Resolve lessor-related issues during contract renewal.
- Ensure full documentation and meet contract targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of site acquisition experience.
Salary: Php 20,00.00 – Php 30,00.00 per month
