Job Description
Serenitea is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage labor and disciplinary cases, draft official communications, and conduct thorough investigations for resolution. The ideal candidate will represent the company in labor proceedings, update HR policies, administer government remittances, and coordinate the hiring process.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field, proven HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This full-time position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with a salary of Php19,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
