Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fraud Contact Center Specialist to join our International Consumer Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring the security of transactions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in fraud detection is a plus.
