Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to understand the needs of the organization
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design Salesforce solutions
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Provide user training and support to enable effective use of Salesforce
- Participate in system testing and ensure quality assurance
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and enhancements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its various modules
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, validation rules, and data management
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
