Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our onsite location in Imus Cavite. This full-time position offers a pay range of Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Takes inbound calls
- Sends emails to coordinators and clients
- Places outgoing calls and SMS
- Handles outbound calls for coverage
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance, flexible schedule including holidays
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, overtime pay available.
