Job Description
We are RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Time Analyst to join our call center operations team. This full-time position is critical for monitoring and optimizing performance by ensuring real-time adherence to schedules.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring call volume and agent schedules.
- Making immediate staffing adjustments.
- Coordinating with Team Leaders and Operations Managers.
- Providing updates on performance metrics.
- Participating in daily meetings and recommending process improvements.
Pay: Up to Php34,00.00 per month. Benefits: Paid training, flextime schedule, and 13th month salary.
Experience: 1+ year in scheduling tools like eWFM and 1 year as a Real Time Analyst.
