Job Description
Caldwell Communications is currently seeking motivated candidates to join our dynamic team as Online Chat Agents. In this role, you will engage with customers via chat to address their concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries effectively through chat.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with clients’ products and services.
- Communicate essential information to stakeholders.
