Job Description
Global-Estate Resorts Inc. is seeking a qualified Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-4 years of experience in Property/Real Estate Management.
Key responsibilities include developing property house rules, addressing unit owners’ concerns, coordinating with security and maintenance staff, managing project files, and supervising service providers. We are looking for a customer service-oriented professional, willing to be assigned in San Pablo, Laguna or General Trias, Cavite.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
