Job Description
The Accounting and Finance Associate shall manage all financial aspects of the company which includes, financial reports, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Manage balance sheet and profit/loss statements
- Prepare periodic financial statements and other financial reports
- Prepare month-end and year-end close and ensure that balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts are updated
- Prepare budget forecast
- Ensure timely bank payments most especially to suppliers and vendors
- Compute taxes and tax returns
- Monitors cash balances and ensure cash flows for efficient business operations
- Maintains day-to-day operations specifically, accounts payable
- Manage government remittances (SS, Philhealth, HDMF)
- Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records
- Recommends action to resolve discrepancies
- Report company financial health and liquidity
- All other accounting duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to by the management.
