Job Description
Wide Wide World Express Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls related to bookings, inquiries, and complaints, while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Additionally, you will conduct initial tracing of shipment details to confirm delivery status and maintain high-quality service standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend shifts.
Requirements:
- Reliable commute/relocation to Davao City
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (Preferred)
- Proficient in English (Preferred)
