Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any field. A degree in business administration or business management is an advantage
- Experience working in an office environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entertain inquiries and manages class schedule
- Handle parents’ various concerns
- Assist parents in the enrollment process
- Ensure the implementation of policies and rules
- Keep students’ records, financial records, and make reports
- Keep Daily Time Record of staff members
- Coordinate with all other members of the team regarding various concerns
- Send valuable updates and inputs to the overall in-charge
- Request materials and supplies
- Participate in the school’s marketing campaigns
- Perform other tasks duly assigned by the immediate superior
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
