Job Description
Servpac Inc, a Hawaii-based telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Auditor. This full-time position offers permanent work from home, operating on Philippine Standard Time from 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Responsibilities include quality monitoring, compliance evaluation, performance feedback, reporting, and collaboration with department heads for improvement and training needs analysis.
Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a telecommunications BPO environment, an understanding of industry standards, and exceptional analytical and communication skills.
The role offers a competitive monthly salary of Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00, along with health insurance and promotion opportunities.
