Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Call Center Agent. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, along with an industry-leading benefits package that includes HMO with 2 free beneficiaries from Day One, retirement and life insurance, and exciting incentives.
Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, resolving customer inquiries, and performing basic troubleshooting. We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
