Job Description
Charlie Soap is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying customer orders and payment details.
- Contacting customers for queries and missing information.
- Maintaining customer records and compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders and directing customer feedback.
- Identifying new products and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Required); Experience: 2 years in sales administration (Required).
