Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various architectural projects. Your main tasks will include creating project plans, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all legal requirements and regulations are met.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture and design, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members, clients, and contractors.
- Minimum Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- – Proven experience as a Project Architect
- – Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- – Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations
- – Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
