Job Description
MLM Foods is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate should hold a college degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, with 5 to 10 years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and conducting performance audits.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with a starting pay of Php33,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as company events, discounts, free parking, life insurance, and more. The work schedule includes an 8-hour shift, with potential holiday and weekend duties.
