Job Description
PM Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with stakeholders to meet staffing needs and manage the onboarding process for leadership roles.
Employee Relations: Advise on HR policies, keep employees informed, and address concerns effectively.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and manage risks.
Records Management: Maintain HRIS records in collaboration with the Shared Services team.
Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month, Schedule: 8-hour shift.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources required.
