Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing effective lead generation strategies to identify and engage with potential customers
- Conducting market research to identify target audience and develop personalized outreach campaigns
- Utilizing various channels, including social media, email marketing, and cold calling to generate leads
- Collaborating with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into customers
- Analyzing and reporting on lead generation activities and conversion rates
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads. Experience in using CRM software and knowledge of sales processes are also highly desirable.
