Job Description
Job Location: Shell NLEX Pampanga Branch
As a Shift Manager, you will conduct pre-shift planning, lead your team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and quality targets. You will implement standard systems and procedures, conduct quality audits, and manage team members according to company policies.
A Little Bit About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shift Head or in a supervisory role.
- Knowledgeable in F&B Processes.
- Computer literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
