Job Description
Neolytix, a boutique Consulting and Management Services Organization, is seeking a BPO Process Trainer to join our team. We provide essential services to small and medium-sized healthcare providers across the United States.
As a trainer, you will mentor and motivate trainees, monitor performance, and conduct feedback sessions. We offer a hybrid work setup with late evening and night shifts.
This full-time position offers a monthly pay range of Php20,00.00 to Php40,00.00, plus benefits including paid training and performance bonuses.
