Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join T.Y. Composite Int’l Corp. The ideal candidate will perform daily timekeeping and attendance monitoring, maintain human resources records, and verify candidate backgrounds. Responsibilities include employee orientation, processing government benefits, and managing expat working visa renewals.
Requirements include a degree in Psychology, Political Science, or a related field with 2-3 years of HR experience. Strong communication skills and knowledge of labor laws are essential.
We offer a full-time position with a monthly pay of Php 16,00 – Php 18,00, flexible hours, paid training, and additional benefits.
