Job Description
As a Resource Planner at IntouchCX, you will manage daily Workforce Management activities, including schedules, data tracking, and Service Levels. Your role includes monitoring Key Performance Indicators to make staffing adjustments, maintaining employee information, creating new hire schedules, and generating reports.
The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, alongside strong analytical abilities and accuracy in data entry. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php40,00.00/month | Schedule: Night shift
