Job Description
As a Management Trainee, you will support decision-making and brand strategies through market analysis. Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze sales and marketing data.
- Conduct fieldwork and monitor brand performance.
- Assist in executing marketing programs and coordinate with teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Understanding of brand equity and consumer insights.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas.
