Job Description
Rebisco is seeking a Category Trade Marketing Manager to lead our channel marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will define annual marketing plans, recommend promotion intensities, and establish objectives for new product launches. This role involves translating marketing strategies into impactful retailer programs and developing success measures aligned with Sales and Marketing teams.
Qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years of managerial experience in Channel/Trade Marketing. Proficiency in Brand Equity, Shopper Insight, Channel Marketing, and Financial Management is essential.
