Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented SBM (Stretch Blow Moulding) Technician to join our team. As an SBM Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining SBM machines to produce high-quality plastic bottles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate SBM equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during production.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating and maintaining SBM machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
