Job Description
Join Aboitiz Construction, Inc. as an HR Generalist! Provide administrative support to the HR Head Office, assist in recruitment, manage employee information, and oversee benefits filings. Address employee concerns related to payroll and attendance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or College Degree in HR Management or equivalent, with 1-3 years of construction industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of administrative tasks and the ability to work independently is required.
