Job Description
Isuzu Gencars Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of HR services and propose innovative programs to enhance talent acquisition, training, employee engagement, and more. Responsibilities include preparing disciplinary action memos, overseeing policy adherence, conducting interviews, and managing employee records.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php25,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, with additional benefits such as a company Christmas gift, on-site parking, promotion opportunities, and paid training.
Work hours include 8-hour shifts, day shifts, and flexible scheduling.
