Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce loan products and assess client needs.
- Schedule appointments with the sales team for interested clients.
- Qualify leads based on financial information and lending guidelines.
- Maintain professional client communication, ensuring trust and clarity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; associate degree or sales training preferred.
- 1 year of telemarketing or related experience required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
