Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is currently seeking an Asset Field Support staff to join our team. If you possess the necessary qualifications and are interested in a challenging and rewarding career in IT support, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- IT peripheral deployment to new hires and pull out request for terminated and resigned employees.
- Peripherals issuance, document filing, releasing, and receiving documents.
- Participate in managing new deliveries and disposal activity for IT Asset.
- Conduct physical inventory checks of assets.
- Manage asset movement and asset set up for training, and new hire deployment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of at least 2-year IT related course.
- Familiarity with Ticket Management, IT Inventory, and Asset Management.
- Strong background in IT hardware & software troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in Ticketing tool.
- Must be amenable to work under shifting schedule.
- Must be willing to do field work.
- Willing to work in Davao area (Damosa IT Park, J.P. Laurel Ave, Lanang, Davao City & Felcris Centrale Davao City).
Job Type: Contract
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
