Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination according to company policy.
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure product quality.
- Sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards to the QA team and other relevant staff.
- Coordinates and participates in product testing processes.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, and defects; recommends solutions.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Maintains compliance with laws and regulations.
- Performs other assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience, with supervision experience a plus.
- Must be well-adept with QMS and ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary: Php90,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
