Job Description
An Information Technology (IT) Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the computer systems, networks, and software of an organization. They handle technical issues, provide support to users, and ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructure. The main responsibilities of an IT Specialist include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring software and hardware, maintaining servers and networks, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of computer systems and technology are essential for this role.
