Job Description
Edna’s Cakeland is seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to manage our inventory processes effectively. In this role, you will ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for item issuance, particularly regarding expiration dates. You will be responsible for tracking inventory, recording deliveries, and performing physical counts. Implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies is essential. Prompt investigation and reporting of any discrepancies or losses are also required.
