Job Description
Join us at Fusion BPO Services as a Customer Service Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic Thai-speaking individuals to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound transactions via phone, SMS, and email/chat, efficiently resolving customer complaints and inquiries. You will document customer interactions in our CRM system and escalate any complex issues to the relevant departments.
This is a full-time position with a shift system, where you can track your performance through our employee portal, ensuring you meet your personal KPIs.
