Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority problems as per client standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Compensation: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month with several additional benefits.
