Job Description
The Customer Relations Officer at Toyota Balintawak plays a vital role in managing customer issues, ensuring effective problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty. This position supports the Customer Relations Manager in addressing customer concerns and inquiries, while gathering, analyzing, and recording customer feedback to improve service across all departments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course or with equivalent experience.
- Minimum of six (6) months in a customer service role.
- Proficient in computer applications and office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
