Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
Provide exceptional support to gamers through phone, email, and chat communications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with technical issues, account management, and billing inquiries.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps effectively.
- Manage account-related inquiries including security and profile issues.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions.
