– Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field.
– Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Ability to develop and implement inspection standards.
– Working knowledge of food products and services.
– In-depth understanding of industry standards and policies.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
