Job Description
Newtrends International Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to manage daily retail operations and lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of sales assistants and cashiers, providing training and support.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Implement loss prevention measures in compliance with company policies.
