Job Description
Gentem Consulting Services is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Property Management Supervisor. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in property management, specifically in condominiums and buildings, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
The applicant should demonstrate technical competency in building and grounds maintenance, stay updated with current building and property regulations, and be willing to work full-time onsite in Pasig City. We are open to candidates who can start in January 2025 and are willing to manage properties in Makati and Manila.
Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: Day shift.
